What is this kit for? and what does it include?
The Solar Pool Water Heater Kit is perfect for keeping your outdoor pool at the perfect temperature through the summer season, as well as maintaining heating your SPA throughout the cold winter months. The Kit comes with a Solar Pump Station, Stainless Steel Flexible Pipe and a Thermal Heat Exchanger in order to circulate water (for summertime heating) or propylene glycol (for wintertime heating*) which transfers heat generated from the solar tubes to your pool water.
How does it work?
The Pumping Station can be manually controlled by the user in order to set a desired heating temperature for the pool water. Users can either activate a timed heating function, a holiday heating function or a manual heating function which can easily be visualized from the pump’s LCD Display. LED Indicating Lights also show the temperature of store ranging from 10˚C to 70˚C.
Circulating heat transfer fluid inside the pressurized closed loop will collect heat harvested by the vacuum tube solar collector and exchange it with extracted pool water, which is then refed back into the pool for heating.
