As part of Canada’s Energy Trade Mission to Colombia, we were in Bogota, Medellin and Barranquilla to meet with our Colombian counterparts as well as electricity grid operators, asset owners, commercial and industrial buyers and industry regulators. Melanite Group was also represented at the 5th LATAM Renewable Energy Forum in Barranquilla between May 11th and 13th, 2022. The country has introduced an #energy_transformation policy, including increasing the share of #renewableenergy from 1% to 12% of the #powergeneration matrix. We look forward to working with Colombian counterparts to make this ambitious plan happen.
